How to free Run
1.Make sure you eat a well balance meal.
(Proteins: turkey, salad’s, chicken and any fish.
Hydrates: drink a lot of water and some sport drinks to stay hydrated for more running)
2.Wear the proper clothing for free-run. (good choice: is street clothes, no dress clothing.)
3.Pick an area to free-run ( Like a school area, abandoned warehouse, and Park)
4.Make sure you stretch out your muscle. (Limber up when you doing any moves as well.)
5.Keep a concentrated breathing time when you are jumping and running in the area you are free running.
6.Carry a backpack that’s full of food, just in case you get hungry and/or thirsty.( try eatting fruits, fruit snacks,and more)
7.Find way to get to high places,like jump in between gaps. Doing this builds your muscle within climbing and more.
8.Also as a follow up from .7, use objects as well to help to tackle other obstacles.( Example: the ladder is to high what do you see near??? A bunch of box crates! Stack them up to get to the ladder.)
